The experience at CarSupermarket.com Preston was great because the sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable they contacted me to say the vehicle was on site and I could visit to view earlier than planed
The test drive went well and we were happy with the car except for a few minor scratches which we pointed out and these were addressed and when we came to go through the paperwork the car was available to view and collect
We went through the operation of the car and set up the phone to connect to the car and got the map routing to work and connect to the phone and went through some of the controls the major ones
I have since set up the audi app and downloaded the manual
you can also purchase a manual if you wish
the overall experience was very smooth from start to finish with the customer being in focus at all time
